Return & Refund Policy

We only provide refunds for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must share a clear unboxing video of the product at the time of opening the package.

No refunds or returns will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Refund requests should be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video evidence.

Products damaged due to customer handling after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.
